the location is awesome! i found great pubs and restaurants close by! the rooms were clean! the shower was very powerful too!

the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers! both pillows were different! one was really flat, and the other was new and plump! the staff charged me for a late checkout. apply, twice.

location was great, it was near many places. the reception staff was polite, they were friendly too. i really enjoyed that!

the room was small, i couldn't walk around the bed easily. the aircon unit kept turning on, it was super noisy through the night. that was a real bummer.

the location was great most places were within walking distance. the area has a beautiful feel to it i enjoyed walking around. i appreciated the easy check-in process it was super convenient.

the walls seemed thin i could hear noises from the hallway. it affected my sleep quality negatively.

the room provided included a comfortable bed. the shower had great water pressure, a feature i found particularly nice after a long day of travel. the room size was also generous.

i noticed the hotel is near quayside, and is within walking distance to the center. st james park is approximately a 20-minute walk from this location. the hotel's street has an very nice atmosphere.

the room was quite basic. i noticed black mold around the bath seal. there was also a lack of a kettle.
